Terms of Service

1. The service

YST TECH POS provides tools for authorized businesses to manage products, inventory, purchases, sales, invoices, quotations, reports and backups. Features may be changed, improved or discontinued when necessary for security, reliability or business reasons.

2. Authorized use

You must use the application only for lawful business purposes and only with data you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for account credentials, staff permissions, entered records and all activity performed through your account.

3. Google Account connection

Google Drive backup is optional. When you connect a Google Account, you authorize YST TECH POS to use only the permissions displayed on Google's consent screen for creating, managing and restoring POS backup files. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time.

4. Backups and retention

You remain responsible for checking that backups complete successfully and for maintaining any additional backup copies your business needs. Automatic backup files may be kept for up to 180 days and older files may be removed. Disconnecting Google Drive stops future automatic backups but may not remove files already stored in your Google Drive.

5. Availability and support

We work to keep YST TECH POS available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet outages, Google service changes, device failures or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access or backups.

6. Prohibited activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
• Uploading malicious code or using the service to violate the law.
• Interfering with the service, security controls or other users.
• Copying, reselling or reverse engineering the application except where permitted by law.

7. Business data and responsibility

You retain ownership of business data entered into YST TECH POS. You are responsible for its accuracy, lawful collection and proper access controls. Before restoring or replacing data, verify the selected backup and keep an additional copy when the information is important.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YST TECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, unauthorized access, incorrect data, unavailable third-party services or failure to keep an independent backup. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for serious misuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable service fee or violation of these terms. You may stop using the application and disconnect Google Drive at any time.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Cambodia, without limiting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
